Fresh Fashion believes that’s all of its 1000+ workers including management staffs all together it’s are a family. At presents it’s a BSCI Factory and is very much concerned about the basic issues of an employee and believes that work cannot be done or realized by force rather than motivation.

Fresh Fashion always follow the 100% ILO, Local Law & Social, C-TPAT & QMS Compliance rules & regulation. Fresh Fashion gains the 4 (Four) Compliance certificates- BSCI, SEDEX, & WRAP.

Legal right of a worker

The worker's rights are strictly maintained and updated to comply with current legislations

Wages Strictly follows the Government rule—and worker’s draw at least the minimum wages fixed by the government at time of his/her joining.
Payment Payments of the wages of a worker are made at the first week of a month and this schedule is very strictly maintained without any rare exceptions.
Working Hour Normal working hour: 8 hours day
No forced labour
Workers are not allowed to work:
  • Maximum 12 hours a day
  • 60 hours in a week and
  • Not more than 260 hours a month
  • Age of a worker As the International rule says –a worker is only recruited when his/her age is 18 or above. No recruitment below this age (No child labor)
    Benefits Employees are given 2 (two) Festival bonuses during the two biggest religious festivals in the country. And also sometime extra leave and benefits are provided based on situations.

    Safety & Security

  • Factory Evacuation Plans are in each floor.
  • Arrangement of Fire Extinguisher.
  • Emergency Exit.
  • Special safety rehearsal on regular basis.

  • Workers’ dinning hall at the top floor to take lunch
  • Childcare facilities.
  • Special health care arrangements etc.
  • A good sound system for some announcement in emergencies.

  • Hygienic Atmosphere

    A continuous effort goes on everyday to keep the factory clean and hygiene free. Special arrangement of clean drinking water for the workers.


    Health

    A full time qualified Nurse is appointed for initial Medical Care in case of any injuries or sickness (first aid and other related drugs)
